Refund Policy

At Aurum Meadows, we want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

 

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Full Refund If cancelled 14 days or more before the check-in date.

•50% Refund – If cancelled 7–13 days before the check-in date.

•No Refund – If cancelled less than 7 days before the check-in date or in case of a no-show.

 

2. Early Check-Out If you choose to leave before your booking end date, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

 

3. Booking Changes Changes in booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a price difference.

 

4. Force Majeure - In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer a credit voucher for a future stay instead of a cash refund.

 

5. Payment Gateway ChargesRefunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any bank/payment gateway charges.

 

6. Refund TimelineApproved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
