1. Booking & Payment

 

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment or the amount specified at the time of booking is required to secure your reservation.

• Prices are as stated at the time of booking and may vary during peak seasons, weekends, or holidays.

 

 

2. Check-in & Check-out

 

• Check-in: 12:00PM

• Check-out: 10:00AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

 

 

3. Identification

 

• All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Only the number of guests confirmed in the booking are allowed to stay.

 

 

4. House Rules

 

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

• Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly listings and with prior approval.

• Loud music, parties, or illegal activities are not permitted.

• Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and returning it in the same condition.

 

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (linked here).

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

 

 

6. Damage & Loss

 

• Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or appliances during your stay will be charged to you.

• Loss of keys, access cards, or any provided items will incur replacement charges.

 

 

7. Liability

 

• Aurum Meadows is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.

• Guests are advised to keep valuables safe and secure at all times.

 

 

8. Force Majeure

 

• We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
